Our History

The Company was founded in 1984 by Dipl.-Ing. Bernhard Euthum and Herta Mutschlechner. In the beginning the focus of the company lay on providing silos for winter road maintainance services and the distribution of application facilities such as feed mixers or fully automated pig fattening plants.

1988 the distribution of the latter was closed.

1988 Dipl.-Ing. Andreas Euthum joined the company as a shareholder.

In 1992 the production of agricultural implements was closed and the company lay their focus on the industrial sector with main emphasis on the construction of plants for storing bulk material and liquids of all kinds.

The company continued to expand and soon became one of the leading silo construction companies on the Italian market.

In 1997 a new and bigger production hall as well as a new offices were build.

In the years to follow the company expanded their markets and became a well known silo provider in Italy, Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Further plants were constructed all over the world e.g. Bahrain, Island and Texas.

2010 the management changed from Dipl.-Ing. Bernhard Euthum to Dipl.-Ing. Andreas Euthum.

To better serve the German market, Agrotecnica opened a bureau in Munich in 2016.

In 2022 the company installed the first expansion stage of a solar power system (24 kW) on the roof of the production hall.

To continue the generational change Dipl.-Ing. Peter Euthum joined the company in 2023.
